This RCA component cable is manufactured from coaxial conductors using a grounded shield to reduce EMF (Electro Magnetic Flux) from distorting the image. Although the shielding helps to stabilise the signal from EMF it is still best practise to purchase the appropriate length and avoid running these cables parallel to 240V low voltage cables and or near power supplies.
